Michael Schutz
Proposal Director 

As Trinity’s Director of Proposal Development, Mr. Schutz and his team deliver comprehensive technical proposal management and development solutions, including lifecycle and executive-level planning and coordination, crystal clear and persuasive document development, and watertight quality control for RFP responses ranging in value from $500,000 to $350 million.

Trinity’s proposal solutions consistently achieve striking results, including groundbreaking client capture and win rates, such as a 98% pre-qualification rate and an 82% capture rate, as well as multi-million dollar contract awards from such concerns as the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, Army National Guard, and the General Services Administration.

Mr. Schutz is a Shipley-certified proposal manager with experience in both the commercial and government sectors.  Past work includes business development and proposal management focused on government agencies including the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Health & Human Services, and Commerce as well as several Fortune 100 companies.  In addition to his professional experience, he holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University. He is married with two children and resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
