Dr. Jeffrey A. Mirus, Ph.D.

Dr. Jeff Mirus is a career entrepreneur and business builder. He has founded or cofounded several different institutions, including an interdisciplinary academic journal, a liberal arts college and college press, a non-profit Internet publishing corporation, and marketing services corporation Trinity Consulting. His person-centric management style, and respect for the consumer, plays a critical role in keeping companies grounded in values that contribute directly to business success.

Education, Business Philosophy, and Experience

Dr. Mirus holds a doctorate in Intellectual History from Princeton University and is an expert in organization/business management, development, and communications (32 years), print publishing (8 years), online publishing (14 years), and Information Technology (16 years) including both network and application development.

Jeff believes that hiring or developing expert staff and holding them to the highest ethical standards of their profession is the key to bringing satisfaction above expectation to clients on each and every project. Under his leadership, Trinity Consulting, Inc. has grown into a successful company that values its clients, provides valuable service with efficiency, and desires to demonstrate transparency and accountability during each project.

In the course of providing professional consulting services and support to Trinity’s client base, Dr. Mirus has served one notable client as director of proposal development, application development project manager, and network services administrator—a schedule of responsibilities that is indicative of his well-roundedness, broad interest, and level of accomplishment.

Personal Notes

In addition to his many business accomplishments, Dr. Mirus has been a college professor, musician and author. He has authored and published books and articles in a variety of fields, and writes frequent commentary on contemporary issues.

He is also a keen sailor and an avid reader. Dr. Mirus and his wife (of 35 years) Barbara have six children and five grandchildren, and reside near Manassas, Virginia.
